We are thrilled to welcome you back to the Nordic Workshop 2025, where Frankfurt becomes the meeting point for Nordic excellence!
Organized by VisitDenmark, Visit Finland, Visit Iceland, Visit Norway, and Visit Sweden, this event is designed to foster meaningful connections between suppliers, destinations, and service providers from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, alongside Germany’s leading tour operators and travel agents.
Join us on September 25th, from 09:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Frankfurt, for a day of networking, inspiration, and business opportunities.

As part of this commitment, our Networking Mingling Reception at the Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer will feature a menu made from fairtrade, organic, and regional ingredients.

Effective Matchmaking at the Nordic Workshop 2025
The Nordic Workshop 2025 connects suppliers and buyers through a tailored matchmaking system based on individual profiles, industry segments, and specific business needs.
Who can participate?
✅ Suppliers: Tourist boards, tourism businesses, service providers, and destinations from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, and Denmark.
✅ Buyers: German tour operators, incoming agencies, and travel agents are invited to join free of charge.
How does it work?
- Registered participants can filter and select matching suppliers or buyers based on their interests and requirements.
- Meeting requests can be sent and scheduled in advance.
- Each one-on-one meeting lasts 15 minutes, ensuring efficient and productive networking.
